My approach to therapy is to provide a warm, empathetic space for individuals to explore what is burdening them and the obstacles they are navigating. The clients I often work with seek help to address trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other life transitions. My clients are motivated to explore their experiences to get to the root of their struggles and change maladaptive thinking and habits. Most feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their bodies and want to feel more grounded and aligned with who they are and what brings them joy.
I use a holistic, trauma-informed lens that integrates talk therapy with mindfulness, nervous system education, and yoga-informed techniques to support healing from the inside out. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel safe, seen, and supported in reconnecting with your inner resilience. It’s an honor to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, and I bring deep respect and compassion to that process.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work, and I’m also a certified yoga teacher with additional training in somatic-based practices. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens not only through insight and reflection, but also through reconnecting with the body and restoring a sense of balance in the nervous system. additional training in yoga and somatic-based practices. My work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens not only through insight, but also through connection—within the therapeutic relationship and within the body.
