Our Mission

 At The Mind Body Connection, I provide trauma-informed therapy that integrates movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches to support healing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or chronic pain, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a compassionate space to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing at your own pace.

Anxiety

I help adults navigate the challenges of anxiety by combining talk therapy with mindfulness, breath work, and yoga-informed techniques. Together, we explore the physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety, building awareness and learning tools to regulate the nervous system. My approach is compassionate and body-centered, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and in control. explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies to manage your anxiety.

Depression

When working with depression, I focus on reconnecting you to your sense of vitality, purpose, and self-compassion. We work gently to shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck—emotionally and physically—using somatic tools, mindfulness, and movement-based practices. Healing doesn’t have to happen only through words; together we create space for insight and change, even when motivation feels low. 

Trauma

I provide trauma-informed therapy that honors your pace and your nervous system. My work integrates traditional talk therapy with yoga-based practices to help release stored tension, rebuild a sense of safety, and reconnect mind and body. Whether you’re working through a single event or complex trauma, I offer a grounded and supportive space for healing. 

Chronic pain

Living with chronic pain can take a toll not just on your body, but also on your mood, energy, and sense of self. I offer a compassionate, mind-body approach that integrates talk therapy with breath work, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help you better understand and relate to your pain. Together, we work to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and build tools to support both physical and emotional resilience. Healing may not mean eliminating pain, but it can mean finding relief, agency, and a greater sense of peace in your body.
